Greater Baltimore AHC Announces New Resident Services Coordinator at MonteVerde

 

Baltimore, Md. (August 31, 2011)---Greater Baltimore AHC. Inc. (GBAHC), a developer of affordable apartment communities in the greater Baltimore region, announces that Latrice Goode has been named resident services coordinator at MonteVerde, a 301-unit affordable apartment community for seniors and non-elderly people with disabilities that is located in Lower Park Heights.  The announcement was made by Andrew M. Vincent, director of GBAHC.

Goode has more than a decade of experience in various aspects of apartment property management and services.  Prior to joining GBAHC, she was a resident manager with AHC, Inc., Arlington, VA, the parent organization of GBAHC. 

"We are excited to have someone of Latrice's experience to help provide  MonteVerde residents with the expanding resident services opportunities that range from helping them connect with community services programs to organized field trips and a variety of onsite classes and seminars," said Vincent.
