MonteVerde Launches 'Soup and Scoop' Resident Discussion Group
Baltimore, Md. (February 21, 2011)---Greater Baltimore AHC Inc (GBAHC), a developer of affordable housing in the greater Baltimore region, today announced that it has launched 'Soup and Scoop', a weekly discussion group for the residents of MonteVerde, a 301-apartment community on Violet Avenue.
"'Soup and Scoop' is designed to provide the residents with a regular forum for discussing and exchanging ideas and opinions on a wide range of topics and issues that are important to them as well as leave everyone feeling upbeat when the discussion ends," said Allison Pendell Jones, assistant director of resident services at GBAHC.
MonteVerde has a growing resident services program that include activities that take place at the property as well as many that involve visiting nearby locations such as libraries.
