Welcome to AHC Greater Baltimore 


AHC Greater Baltimore was founded in 2004 to address the need for more affordable housing in the Baltimore region. Today AHC Greater Baltimore has developed six properties with more than 1,100 affordable apartments.

Completed projects include MonteVerde, Barclay Greenmount, Greenspring Overlook, Kirkwood House, Union Rowe and Lansdowne.

AHC Greater Baltimore is part of AHC Inc., a private, nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region that has been providing quality homes for low- and moderate-income families since 1975.

Thanks to healthy eating tips and recipes from the University of Maryland's Extension Program, the program provides healthy preparation tips for 7 to 12 year olds in AHC Greater Baltimore's Resident Services program. (11-14-13)
